What We Expect from Our Golf Caddies
Provide exceptional customer service to golfers and club visitors
Carry golf bags weighing up to 35 pounds each throughout the course
Offer course knowledge and assistance with decision-making
Calculate yardage and locate errant shots
Maintain the course and clean clubs and golf balls
Education and Experience Requirements
General golf knowledge is preferred, but professional experience is not required
Must be outgoing and customer-focused
Ability to carry two 35-pound bags while walking the course multiple times a day
Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, retail, landscaping, or other outdoor roles is a plus.
