Align behaviors with company initiatives including processes, communication methods and system implementation.Qualifications:Required:3-5 years managing retail storeExperience with consultation-based customer service modelsAbility to develop and train staff through positive coaching and feedbackStrong time-management and planning practicesAbility to manage reporting systems, outlook, excel and MS wordCan lift to 30 lbs; reasonable accommodations will be made for any employee when necessaryAbility to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the shopPreferred:Experience working in skincare or cosmeticsExperience with fresh product, ordering and rotationAt Lush, we believe when we continue to foster a culture of inclusion and respect within a diverse workforce, we are doing our part in building a world where there is equal opportunity for all.
